Are you my Insurer?

No. We work on behalf of insurance companies in providing an end to end solution. Once we have received your insurance details, we notify you that we will be handling your claim.

Will my replacement handset be new?

No. Due to your policy wording, your replacement will be a Grade A refurbished handset.

How long does it for a claim to be approved?

Each claim will differ depending on how quickly you can supply all the relevant information if we have all the information from the outset this will speed up the claims handling time.

How long will it take for me to receive my Replacement?

This is all dependent on stock levels, should we have your device in stock this will be posted out for next day delivery, however, if it is not in stock we advise 3-5 working days for delivery.

*28% of claims have a replacement handset the day after the claim is logged.
