Made a claim on Monday morning for a broken phone – had replacement in my hand the next day. Hassle-free service provided by the team – so pleased this free insurance came through for me. Recommended to my colleagues.
Had my phone stolen over the weekend. Made claim and had a reply first thing Monday morning. Advisors were helpful and clear in providing the info I needed to get the documents to validate my claim. Phone delivered the next day after payment of the excess.
“simple and Painless”
I stupidly dropped my phone in the bath and would not turn on. Contacted the claims team who reassured me that once all documents were provided I may have a phone the next day. I was sceptical of this however paid the excess and the phone was with me the next day – looked even better than my old one even though it was a refurb – and I was given 12 months warranty in case anything went wrong.
